Tudo excecional. Conforto. Limpeza quer a própria habitação como o terraço . Localização super segura e bastante sossegada sem barulho. Adorei!! Volto com toda a certeza

De locatie is super, het appartement zelf is ook mega leuk en comfortabel!
Het enige waar ik iets minder fan van was, was de slaapbank die ook als reguliere bank functioneerde; het zit- en ruggedeelte verschoof. Maar, eigenlijk echt niks negatiefs te zeggen!

Het appartement is ruim en mooi ingericht. De ligging is ook zeer aangenaam, dicht bij het San Lorenzoplein en toch heel rustig.
Kleine badkamer, met slechts 1 lavabo, geen ruimte om er met 2 te zijn. Er was ook een probleem met de afvoer, waardoor er bijna continu een onaangename geur aanwezig was. De verhuurders deden wel hun best om er iets aan te doen, maar het was waarschijnlijk een probleem dat moeilijk op te lossen is. Daarom waren er ook overal geurverspreiders aanwezig.

Third floor apartment with no elevator and narrow stairs. Shared laundry that had a very damp smell in the room. 2 couples stayed here, but the only bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms, so zero privacy and mush disturbance to the people sleeping in that bedroom. The second bedroom is a studio situations with the kitchen/living area. Needs a dining table. Needs block out curtains. You also can not flush the toilet paper, so you collect it in a bin and need to find a place to discard it.
