The apartment is very spacious and very cool, even during the hot days. Outside temperature was 37C during the day and we didn't have to use the AC at all. The host is quite welcoming, he gave us hints about what to do and visit in the city.
There is free parking on the street, but it is impossible to park there. I would advise planning for paid parking in advance.

Quiet place, comfortable to stay with kids. Owner is very helpful. Location is very good, you can reach all spots by walking, a lot restaurants around.
There is humid inside when it is rain. Looks like not enough fresh air. No windows to look outside, just inner small yard.

El barrio en el que está ubicado es súper tranquilo pero tiene de todo cerca y dando un paseo muy agradable llegas al casco histórico en 25 minutos. El apartamento tenía de todo y Sergio se portó como un anfitrión excelente.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben.
Leider hat die gesamte Unterkunft nach Schimmel gerochen. Das Inventar ist alt und schmutzig. Es gibt keine Fenster. Der Außenbereich ist häßlich und ungemütlich.
