Buena ubicación y limpio.
Aire acondicionado y ventiladores.
Cama cómoda.
En la planta baja está el salón y la cocina, y en la de arriba los dormitorios y el baño. La escalera por la que se sube tiene algunos escalones un poco inestables.
Hay poca luz artificial y se escucha bastante las casas colindantes.
Haría falta una toalla para el suelo del baño y sería un detalle encontrar en la nevera una botella de agua.
Tuvimos un malentendido y tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos para la entrega de llaves.

Diseño. Ubicación
La vitrocerámica se notaba que no estaba muy limpia, no necesitamos usarla pero…los vecinos de arriba o de al lado, movieron muebles a la 1 y 6 de la mañana.

Location is quite central, apartment is nicely furnished, amenities probided.
No noise isolation (everything from steps to flushing could be heard from neighbours), almost no natural light.
Some cutlery & plates were not properly cleaned (but I assume it’s a one-time issue, as everything else was really tidy).
