Very easy to access with a private code for the whole length of the stay, no keys.
The bathroom has bad smell and as it’s a ground floor, it didn’t have any windows or extractor fun.

Excellent location, very clean and perfect quality bathroom/kitchen/living room and bedroom. Highly recommended for a quick stay in Seville, very comfortable. Has a Smart TV also, a fully stocked kitchen to cook if you buy food, and high level of decor throughout and easy to access/security of locks was ideal. Also able to leave cases at the sister Hotel Madrid de Seville during the day, if you arrive early/flight is later after checkout. Excellent perk.
Minor issue - no instructions for the air con/heating, and the hand wash container in the bathroom was broken (i.e. does not pump). Was also told we could potentially check in early and would be told on the morning of the day, but never heard anything, and room wasn't confirmed to be ready until 30 mins before check-in at 3pm.

A nice spacy appartment but just a little to far from the city center. Good beds.
Realy very noisy. If I had known this, I would not have booked the accomodation.We stayed during the weekend. Neighbours had a party from 3-6 in the morning and the next day they were very noisy until 2 am.
