Apartments Sevilla should and could merit a 9+ rating, but sadly it doesn't. The positives are substantial, all the listed features (except for "free toiletries") were provided in our "One-Bedroom Apartment". The building is at the north end of the old city, so most attractions are a substantial walk away. On the surface, it was a very suitable place to spend a few nights. Yet, the unit fell short of enjoyment in several ways, most of them easily curable. I detail this here only to give an honest evaluation and perhaps encourage the owner to remedy them. Our ground floor habitation had only two modest windows, one facing the pleasant, 4-story atrium but not admitting much light, the other at the bottom of a tall, austere air shaft. There is an elevator for the 3 upper floors. The "garden view" from our room was minor but the large atrium has plants, tables, and chairs. The "city view" is only from the rooftop terrace, which could be a nice feature, but it's devoted to a/c condensers, laundry, and storage. There is no accessible shade. There is free street parking, but it's heavily used. At 0630, I found a single spot 10 minutes away by foot after 20 minutes of cruising. Owner offers garage space for 20€/night. At 127€/night (for 2, Wed/Thu/Fri, mid-April, before 13€ Genius VIP discounts), I felt it was a poor value, given the deficiencies.
With minimal daylight, the apartment had the feel of being in a basement. In this situation, interior illumination becomes more important, but the overhead lighting is inadequate. The two dim bulbs in the kitchen/dining/living room do not throw enough light for reading and the broken kitchen counter light makes that area downright dark. I literally had to use a flashlight to cook and prepare food. The bathroom has a single working light bulb. The bedroom, at least, has a bedside lamp to supplement its dim overhead, although you have to unplug it to use the single receptacle for something else. The kitchen is adequate, but the stovetop with 2 closely spaced burners and no oven puts a major crimp in making a hot meal. I used to think "kitchen" in booking.com meant you could cook, but I've learned differently. To be fair, "stovetop" and "oven" are not listed. The small appliances (microwave, electric kettle, toaster) all share a single receptacle with the unit hot water heater, meaning you have to switch cords to use them. Forget to replug the heater and your next shower will be cold. Even then, the hot water is adequate for only a modest cleaning. Two simple requests (more toilet paper and a replacement light bulb) were ignored throughout our stay.

Location is fantastic
Terrace could do with a clean up. One of the three apartments we booked did not have a kettle and the other one had a bedroom door that we could not shut the door as we could not get out.

Walking distance to amenities parking for the car
The bathroom did flood and the drains in there had a strong smell. These were rectified by maintenance whilst we were there 🤨 would have liked the directions on how to get into the property at least 24 hrs prior to arrival I did panic a bit when I had to keep asking for them was noisy at night due to the local area this is how close we were
