The location, although in the city centre we did not have a problem with noise.
The bed was tucked into a very small space in the bedroom.
The bathroom could do with some maintenance due to cracked tiles and grimy areas.

Location is amazing, everything is within a walking distance. The host is very responsive and helpful. Bed is comfortable. The balcony is a great bonus!
The cleanliness...dust everywhere, in very obvious places, you walk in and you could see dust and dirt on the floor. We contacted the host and they managed to arrange another clean, even though the property was supposedly cleaned before we got there. We had to buy crocks to walk around the property in order to save our white socks. The property itself needs some repair here and there, there bathroom especially is so worn out, the shower head basically barely working. Marks all over from wear and tear, some work definitely needs to be done to make guests comfortable.
