Genteel Home Acetres

The property was very well furnished, it had every amenities you can think of such as washing machine, iron, tv, kitchen is full equipped. It was located in an extremely good location where all the viral food spots were. Will definitely stay at this property again if I come to visit Seville in the future. Property had loads of character too and very spacious.

The only negative thing was that sometimes the code on the door didn’t work but a quick message to the manager resolves this. Otherwise it would be a 10/10

Lovely space in an unbeatable location, right in the heart of the old quarter right by the stores, 10 min walk to the cathedral. Has everything you need. Constant contact over WhatsApp from staff made it so easy to find, get in, receive recommendations, etc. They were lovely and very helpful. Really recommend this apartment, great value.

The location was good in the centre of the old town. All kitchen appliances were new and clean as was the washing machine which is in the bathroom. There was plenty of crockery and glasses. Well furnished. Good communication from the managing company.

Although the square footage makes the apartment sound huge a lot is taken up by an entrance hall and a long corridor linking what should be the master bedroom to the rest of the apartment. So we used the second bedroom off the living room, which was small, to be closer to the bathroom at night if needed. We knew there were no street facing windows - but the living room was very overlooked by another apartment on the same floor that had a terrace right next to our windows. Luckily the residents there did not use the terrace otherwise we would be severely overlooked. More lighting is required so that the lack of natural light is not noticed so much. There were maintenance issues such as the toilet roll holder not being firmly attached to the wall, the kitchen sink tap was plumbed in the wrong way round, the living room door had no handle and would not stay closed, the safe did not work without a key and it was missing (although it was promptly provided), no chopping board or tea towels for drying hand washed dishes, the electric front door could be temperamental. Finally, we were told a little while before our trip, and after the cancellation period had ended, that there was building work in the vicinity. This started at about 06.30 and included loud hammering and drilling from 07.00 every day we were there.
