ISG apartments O'Donnell 2-2-FREE PARKING

No dustbins in the rooms.Toaster was not working

Location was exceptional. Definitely has wow factor when you walk in and experience the apartment.

Living room couches are dirty and had hair on them from previous guest. Exact number of towels - not any room for error or mishap. Given there are not enough hooks to dry towels, it would have been nice to have been provided with a few more. However our biggest issue was the lack of communication from the property. Our wifi stopped working the second day of 4. I emailed the property three times and requested feedback on how to get it fixed. Impacted ability to work during downtime and even spend quality family time watching movies - something we love doing on vacations. No response from the property. Three emails. No communication back at all. Extremely disappointing given that we are paying higher prices to have a property that you would think would have one of the most basic amenities that now exists in the world.
