La ubicación es inmejorable pero sin duda el fresquito que hacía dentro del apartamento fue de agradecer en plena ola de calor. Además, tener un jacuzzi privado en la terraza fue una maravilla.

Tout était parfait !

The apartment was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We loved the rooftop pool - so refreshing after an afternoon walking around in the heat. The location is superb - never more than 15 minutes' walk from the things you want to see :) The entire lower floor of the apt was just perfect (bedroom, bathroom, LR and kitchen). A suggestion: If the property does not want glass in the pool area, they may consider making plastic or paper cups available.

The second (upstairs) bedroom did not have AC, and was only accessed by a death-defying set of "stairs". It was pretty hot up there, and it's not even really summer yet. I also really didn't like using the 3rd party check-in website that suggested I scan the entirety of my gov't issued ID with no disclosure of privacy policy or data retention. The cleaning fee was a flat rate regardless of whether you were a group of 6 people there for an entire week, or just two people there for a single night. However, none of the things I mentioned would prevent me from recommending the property - they're just FYIs.

Quiet, except when not. Well heated. Nice decor. Dish washer and washer / dryer. Luggage storage room.

Complete shambles getting the entry details, thanks to near on useless AI. My name and Booking.Com reservation number didn't match the "three bookings in my name", asking for an apartment number (which isn't shown on the reservation). The "double bed" is actually two singles pushed together. Wifi only really works in the kitchen, mobile data very weak, too (internal courtyard room). The Smart TV is NOT connected to a network, so only Spanish TV. Bathroom sink didn't hold water. Small clothes cupboard and only FOUR coat-hangers. Jacuzzi kept switching itself off, so stone cold three days out of five. Ground floor room noisy at times as other guests come and go, slamming the building entry door, or cleaners moving furniture upstairs. Emergency and kitchen lights came on randomly and stayed on all night. Maintenance requests, again answered by WhatsApp AI, never resolved and the promise of a technician joining the AI chat never materialised. For EUR 313 per night, some bathrobes (for the outdoor jacuzzi), slippers (no rugs, even beside the bed) and enough tea and coffee for the entire stay would be nice. Given the problems, this apartment is overpriced and I will go somewhere else next time.
