Duplex-Penthouse Terrace Citycenter

I arrived at the property at 10pm, fortunately Alfonso had reached out to me & sent me all required information for entrance to the properly. Alfonso was an incredible host and was there for me at any time during my stay to help me if needed, he send me lots of information regarding Sevilla. The beds were comfortable, the air con was lovely, the arrival touches of wine, croissants coffee were perfect and lots of condiments. The kitchen is adequately supplied with cutlery etc to cook. There is lots of storage space for belongings. The tv had Netflix, YouTube etc. the WiFi was brilliant. The garden area other for sitting out and relaxig with a book. There is a taxi rank 2 mins away from apartment not that I used it because the apartment is walking distance to all attractions and is actually a really lovely walk. I ended up as a solo traveller due to my friends cancelling and I felt very safe in the apartment. I will definitely be returning with my partner and my children. Alfonso you are excellent and your property is outstanding you should be very proud of yourself ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Walking distance to everything and lovely outdoor area

Lovely apartment, had everything you need for a perfect stay, very comfortable & a great private terrace. The location is excellent & an easy walk to the main attractions, with bars & restaurants nearby, there’s even an Aldi just around the corner. Our host Alfonso was amazing, excellent communication & very kindly gave us his recommendations for sightseeing & good local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

Communication with the host was very good, He supplied lots of places to go but we had already arranged all our trips, location good, outside space good, although the chairs were not in great condition.. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, cups pots and pans etc. Unit was clean but shabby, chipped cupboards. In need of renovation and modernisation. Bottle of wine on arrival, nice gesture

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Yes the pictures are true to life but you can't see that the stairs in the studio (yes this is a studio not an apartment)wobble, creak and not suitable for anyone with limited mobilty, or someone that gets up during the night Yes there was a bath, but no plug and to get to the shower you had to step into the bath, again not suitable for some people. The state of the oven was a dsigrace, so filthy , not sure when it was last professionally cleaned. To view the TV you had to sit on the bed, the couch was right angles to the TV. No streaming platforms when we were there. Asked for a late check out for 5.5 hours and was charged E100.
