Excellent location in the city centre, relatively easy to find and get the keys from a nearby hotel (good communication). The studio was a large size, modern in a charming building with lovely tiling. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were new and extremely comfortable, this is a huge asset.
The studio layout isn't very practical and especially the bathroom is very illogical in terms of its use of space: large room but tiny sink with no storage space on the side (some holes on the table) so the water splashes everywhere, towel rack far from the shower etc. Also view over the inner courtyard makes the space quite dark and there is very little soundproofing, so I could hear everything going on next door. But all in all, I'm happy with my choice.

Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and tidy. Good facilities.
I booked an extra night and had to swap rooms due to original room already being booked. Helpful staff at nearby hotel but the owners insisted that we move our bags out of the property. This involved unnecessary time and effort.

The apartment has a perfect location. It was super close to the bridges, to the stores and some good tavernas. It was also well-equipped with kitchen utensils, soaps and small items in the the bathroom. Also the receptionist helped us a lot at the check in and ensured a nice welcome.
While the room was overall in a clean condition, the walls were dirty and there was a big stain on the sofa which was quite unpleasant. Also, there was a constant bad smell in the hallway and on other floors but thankfully not in the room. The biggest disadvantage though was the fact that one window could not lock, making our stay feel a bit unsafe.
