Cleanliness, location, comfort and size.
Noise from TV in next room late at night.

I accidentally set off the fire alarm whilst using the toaster. The written instructions forwarded to turn alarms off were not clear! Also the information regarding the layout of the apartment which is on the wall close to the door is dated and needs changed!

Location of the place was good as everything was in walking distance.
No on street parking close by and therefore had to use public parking which was expensive. There was no kitchen towel in the apartment which was not helpful, there was limited toilet roll and we had ran out of toilet roll at night. Nobody checked in with us during our stay if we needed anything for the apartment. We contacted the host this was not seen as an emergency and the host was unable to support us with this, we had to go to multiple locations late at night to get tissue. This was very discomforting and disappointing.
