The property was very central to everything, the balcony was absolutely perfect and the beds very comfortable to sleep in. Supermarket was underneath property!

The only small negative was that because it is so central and directly above a department store, they get regular evening deliveries and it can get a little noisy. Make sure you take earplugs if they will bother you, or if like us, we don’t go to bed before midnight which you tend to do anyway on holiday so wasn’t a big deal.

The location is great walking distance to the centre and the riverside. Very well furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need . Great communication with the owner. A really lovely place to stay. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep . We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Apartment was large with a large balcony. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms although both not en-suite.

Communications with host, Lorenzo (although you refer to him as Jorge) was impossible. Before travelling I tried to contact them a number of times by different methods to no avail. Eventually had to contact Booking.com directly regarding bag drop and check-in. They informed me that everything was arranged. On the day of arrival I frequently tried unsuccessfully to contact the host again by message and phone. When I arrived I eventually contacted Lorenzo by phone to be let into the apartment. It's classed as a luxury apartment but it needs maintenance particularly the kitchen tap which is very loose. I sent an SMS to the host but got no response. The balcony furniture is very rickety, all it needs is an allen key to tighten up the bolts. Electric socket in bedroom hanging off the wall. Freezer badly needs defrosting. Advertised as having a coffee machine, which it did, but no coffee pods at all. I expected that that a few might have been supplied. At night the bedrooms are very noisy, I would recommend advising future guests to take ear plugs.
