Lock for the entrance to the building is broken. They sent a video how to use the key upside down to force the lock part way up so the key would go in. We were locked out several times and had to wait for assistance to get into the building. We had to use part of the key ring to manipulate the lock tumblers to get the key in. They knew this was an issue but did not fix it. There were several instances during our stay where we were locked out and harassed by people living in the street.
