Great central location, everything easily accessible on foot. Apartment is nice and equipped with all the needed amenities. The wifi works really well. The communication with the host was really good and we felt that they were reachable at any moment. Would recommend this apartment if you really want to experience Sevilla and its charm.
The only thing that I could mention is the building isolation, you can easily hear noises from other apartments, someone walking through the hallway or talking on the street. But since the building is located in the heart of Seville, this was somewhat expected.

The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days in Seville. The location was excellent. It was so easy to walk to all the sights. The kitchen was well-equipped although we didn't cook; we only used the coffeemaker, fridge and microwave. The shower worked great with lots of hot water. The apartment was spotless. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would highly recommend staying here.
The pictures and the description of the apartment make it seem like you have a private patio/balcony but there isn't one. On the rooftop there is a small area that is shared.

It has an elevator so it’s great for someone with bags
A/C is right above the door which takes you to a short corridor to the room so the air doesn’t really flow easily to the room area. The sofa smelled bad. The decor is not nice. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, discoloration of tiles in the shower and finally we found a big cockroach in the bathroom!
