The location and size of the property were excellent. With the exception of the kitchen, the group could use the accommodation at will and with ease. The major places of interest in Serville were within easy walking distance.
The cleanliness of the property was not as good as we expected. [I can provide photographs if called for.]. Secondly, It is clear that the accommodation - while once in a superb condition - cannot be so described today; it is wanting some care and maintenance. Small items are broken, missing or below par.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Tolle Lage. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Kurze Probleme mit warmen Wasser wurde schnell behoben. Schnelles Check In und Out.
