Location was fantastic and a short walk from all tourist attractions. Fantastic property, and great communication with owners. Would recommend
Unfortunately there is an issues with the drainage, which did create an unpleasant smell also the cleaning could be a little better, the dishwasher was still full when we arrived and found a couple of Items left behind from previous guests.

Me gustó mucho lo céntrico que está y luego me encantó que nos dejasen entrar antes de tiempo porque ahora habíamos hecho un viaje muy largo desde Burgos y mi hija necesitaba estudiar porque íbamos para un examen de la UNI y fueron muy amables dejándonos entrar antes
Que hacía un calor horrible en Sevilla pero eso no es culpa de ellos

Localisation idéale pour découvrir le centre de Séville, proche des monuments et des quartiers animés. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Accueil très sympa, nous avons pu faire le checkin plus tôt que prévu.
L’immeuble n’est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend les voisins et un peu le boulevard proche. Mais cela n’est pas gênant. L’équipe est aux petits soins et prête à intervenir en cas de besoin.

View from Terrace, location is central but NOT in the tourist quater. The bearby Restaurant Antonio Romero very good.
Announcment sounds "luxury", In fact the falt is on "IKEA" level, the 2 bedroomes very tiny (10qm) and the size under roof may be 70qm. The key box is in (!) in the house -access only possible if a neighbor walks in. Check in 16.00h too late. The price is only a bargai if you stay with 3/4 Pax - otherwise hotels the better deal.
