The whole apartment exceeded our expectations. There is an additional roof top that we did not know about. We were sad to leave. The location was excellent. The bar that is mentioned in previous reviews is closed so noise was not an issue. The flat and experience team were great and so helpful with any questions I had and helped me book our show with a discount.

Few stains on the sofa and a cushion. Balcony could do with a paint but overall once there you didn't notice

Loved it all, it was exactly as discribed. I would stay there againand I really dont say that a lot.

Little noise from the night club next door at 4.30 in the morning, drapes in the bedroom would solve that problem.

The location is fantastic. Everything is nearby.

Not terrible by any means but something was lacking . There were pots and pans and bowls but no spoons or forks. When we arrived , in one of the rooms , one curtain had fallen to the floor - I immediately informed them and was told someone from maintenance will come and fix it. No one ever did. We checked out after two nights and on the morning of the day of checking out the power went out . The maintenance guy came at 10:55 and fixed it in 5-10 mins.Our checkout was at 11. I asked if I could get 20-30 mins extra since I couldn’t iron my clothes or dry my hair due to lack of power in the morning and the response I got was no it’s not possible . That’s quite ridiculous in my honest opinion. Also all of their responses online are by a bot and it’s useless , if you call them though , the lady is fairly helpful and does try to get things moving . If you only message them the automated message you get is that they’ve escalated the issue and help will come but no - no help comes. If you need help , call. I had to enable my roaming to make these calls and that cost me extra money . If something in the room doesn’t work - it shouldn’t cost me money to call them up - there needs to be an online system to report issues and they must be handled immediately. Overall , It was an ok place to stay - but if it were me ,next time I’d look for something else for sure.
