Suites Maestranza - Herrería by Magno Apartments

Great location and clean. Lots of room for a group of five. Staff was responsive and easy to access.

Problem was the downstairs beds, the two in the room by the stairs were very uncomfortable.

Loved it. Comfortable, spacious, well equiped, private and well located. Perfect.

We stayed in two apartments at the property. The first one, suite 4, was amazing. Very light and airy and everything was very clean. Due to flight alterations many months before, we had arrived earlier than originally planned. Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the same apartment for the full time we were there, so after 2 nights in suite 4 we were moved down a floor to apartment 3. The apartment. Company were very helpful with the move between apartments. The facilities were similar, although the bathroom was noticeably older than apartment 4. The main issue with apartment 3, and possibly other apartments on this floor, is that there is absolutely no natural light whatsoever. The window down the kitchen end faces a wall and is opaque and the other is curtained and opaque and faces I to the atrium. We also had issues with the boiler. I booked via Booking.com and the fact the apartment was without natural light was not communicated to us at any point. The photos when you book are not specific to the apartment you will be staying in. The area was good and the roof terrace was a bonus too.

Excellent location, bed was very comfortable.

There is no natural light in the apartment and the hot water stopped working on our last day as the boiler broke.
