La pulizia e la posizione. Anche il terrazzino.
Il divano-letto (non molto comodo) e che abbiamo dovuto rifare noi; e la doccia che era scivolosa.

Struttura vicinissima a plaza de toro e al centro. Proprietario disponibile a tutte le richieste e ai dubbi. Bellissimo il terrazzino.

Menos mal que tenía AA , porque Sevilla estaba a 43°.
Apartamento amplio , es para 5 e íbamos dos. Lo cogí expresamente para que mi hijo tuviera otra habitación. Está ubicado detrás de la plaza de toros , céntrica pero justo en la zona de marcha de Sevilla. Varias discotecas en la calle y bares que cierran tarde , y la gente en la calle bebiendo y gritando. El aislamiento de la casa no es bueno. Por lo que el ruido es continuo toda la noche. Además está junto al mercado de abastos y el ruido de los proveedores con los camiones es un no parar. Y para colmo se les olvidó dejar la llave en el cajetín y llegué a las 4 de la tarde con 43°. Tuve que esperar media hora refugiada en un bar porque no se podía estar en la calle. La dueña me dijo que me compensaría con un descuento por las molestias pero nada más lejos de su intención. No ha cumplido.
