This is THE place to be during Semana Santa if you are interested in seeing the processions, we were in the middle of it (if you don't mind the music and people). Double glaze is good so no noise from the restaurant below when processions have finished. Clean, central, very good communication with owner.
This house doesn't come with parking. Excluding Semana Santa when it is not available (which is understandable) the parking they suggest is a private parking at a cost. I suggest to remove this feature from Booking, it would only confuse.

The central location
The shower head came off and for two days in a row there was a loud drilling noise early in the morning

The location of the apartment building is very central. The apartment is very new, clean and well facilited. The host was very helpful.

Clean, Cool.
That place turns into a nightmare after 11pm. Endless cars cleaning, drunk people making endless noise. You can't sleep until 4am because the apartment has no soundproofing.
