El dueño fue muy amable, muy buena comunicación, proporcionándonos una manta de inmediato tras ver que no teníamos en el apartamento. Estaba limpio, tenía una única ubicación muy buena a pasos de la Giralda, así mismo, valoramos detalles como la cafetera con cápsulas, la leche, la presión del agua del baño...
Por el lado negativo, la relación calidad-precio hace que para otra ocasión busquemos un lugar mejor, no vale lo que pagamos. Es un apartamento antiguo y muy frío, donde se indica que hay dos habitaciones pero una de ellas ni siquiera la preparan, así como, repito, las instalaciones, mobiliario, estructura y condiciones de la vivienda que necesita una reforma de acuerdo al precio que ofertan.
