About this house rental

This is a charming family house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, living room, dining area and kitchen. Large private terrace with garden furniture and views. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating. Free high speed fiber optic internet.

The house is distributed over three floors, without elevator. With 150 sqm interior + 75 sqm outdoor space.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included. There is also a toilet available.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds placed together. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, of which 2 are en-suite.

The house has a large private terrace on the top floor. The terrace is decorated with garden furniture and offers exceptional city views.

Beautiful home, so many thoughtful design choices. So spacious and amazing to have 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the kitchen deisgn and even in January, the roof terrace was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Also the location was incredible, so close to everything but very quiet at night. Than you!

Good area of town. Clean and quiet apartment. Lots of good bedrooms and bathrooms good for a larger group. Would recommend!

The apartment was clean.Black mold in the shower was bad.Towels were thread bare.Owners tried to spend as little as possible on the property.
