De locatie was super. Het appartement qua grootte geweldig. Goede bedden en prettig dat er airco was.
De staat van het appartement. De keuken in het algemeen. Een toilet wat niet goed kon doorspoelen, een douchekop die al tijden niet meer kon ophangen, roestige toiletrolhouders. De klok werkte niet, de schilderijen hingen scheef, de goedbedoelde plastic bloemstukjes voegden ook niets toe. Niet goed sluitende deuren, een deur met een gat op de plaats van de deurklink. Dikke scheuren in de muur.

Habían varios desperfectos como papel de la pared de la entrada arrancado, baños con malos olores. Cosas que se pueden arreglar y que la arruinan desde la primera impresión.
