Everything was superlative. Between February 17 and 24, 2026 we (my wife, my son and I) stayed at Welldone Cathedral Suites in One Bedroom Attic. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (accessible by elevator), a building that is fully owned by Welldone Cathedral Suites, meaning there are only their apartments. Access to the building is very easy, you type a code provided by the owner at the entrance door, both at the bottom entrance to the building and at the room. We found access very easy like this, no longer needing to carry keys around with us. What we really liked was the fact that cleaning is done daily, just like at the hotel, that Nespresso capsules were available daily for the espresso machine available in the apartment. Everything in the apartment was very good, the kitchen equipped with everything you need, the bathroom the same (towels, shower gel, shampoo). In February when we were there it was a bit chilly at night, but the air conditioning worked very well in the heat. The apartment also has its own terrace with a table and armchairs (to the happiness of smokers), the terrace from which you can also access the large terrace of the hotel, located on the top floor. The communication on Whatsapp was very easy and fast, everything is very well organized, you receive video instructions for absolutely all the equipment in the apartment (safe, air conditioning, hob ... etc), even for how to stretch out the sofa bed :). On the last day it was very good, because we were able to leave our luggage at the property, our flight was late in the evening. We thank the owner for that. I think the biggest plus of the apartment is the location, it is in the center of the city center. Closer than that ..... only if you were accommodated inside the Cathedral. :) In conclusion, we liked it very, very much, we highly recommend this location, if we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

The location, the spaciousness and the facilities.

This place has a lot to love and a lot not to. Location is fantastic, right next to the cathedral, in a busy street next to bars and restaurants and all the attractions. The view is lovely, particularly from the rooftop. Also it is quiet considering the noise coming from bars previously mentioned. Heating worked really well, it was a very cold week in Sevilla. Also, space is big with lots of windows, perfect for a small family. A few years ago this would have been almost a 10/10

Problem with this place is mostly the maintenance, it is old and it is showing. There are lots of marks in the walls, kitchen tab was leaking, shower was not properly sealed and lost water, toilet was also leaking, kitchen splashback was dirty... Also the dishwasher was missing, they told us it was being repaired. The cleaning ladies did the washing up for us but, the problem is it is not going to be cleaned at the right temperature to remove same stuff as a dishwasher would what is a risk for customers. Beds were really uncomfortable, cheapest mattresses from IKEA.
