C2 Apartment with Terrace in the Arenal, Cathedral

Posizione comodissima, casa sviluppata su tre piani tagliata molto bene, comodissimo il bagno in suite. La vera killer application è però la terrazza. Cucina molto moderna e frigo di nuova tecnologia, con anche la possibilità di fare il ghiaccio al momento. Gentilissimo l’host, super professionale facile comunicare con lui tramite WhatsApp!

Property is in good location - close to most things to see and do. It is very modernly renovated, however it occupies the 3rd and 4th level of the building - no elevator and narrow staircases are difficult carrying luggage. Further, even within the apartment there are many steps - down to the bathroom, up to the kitchen, down to the lanai, etc, which can be hazardous if not paying attention - esp at night. The bottom bedroom is too noisy from the street noise all night long! I don't know where people are coming and going at 3a, 4a, 5a, etc. And then the garbage collection, street cleaners, mopeds, trucks, etc. We had to move to the top bedroom in the middle of the night where it was more quiet.

The property management is too insistent regarding setting a time in advance to check-in. We're on vacation, driving from Cadiz and making a few stops along the way - we want to enjoy ourselves and not be on a strict schedule and worrying about traffic jams delaying us since they state "We will only be at the apartment at the agreed time to greet you in person." We had to cut short our tour of Alcázar de Jerez de la Frontera because we had to make sure not to miss our check-in appointment. I don't mind to give a 1 hour notice before our arrival, but I shouldn't have to commit to a specific time.
