We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, with plenty of lovely cafés and tapas bars nearby. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable double bed and a big plasma TV. The highlight for us was definitely the terrace: beautiful views of the Cathedral and a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings. We also really appreciated the remote-controlled awnings that could provide shade during the day. We visited at the end of March, when the orange trees were in bloom, and the weather was perfect. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning, and spending time on the terrace was amazing.

Just one thing to keep in mind: I would not recommend staying here during the week before Catholic Easter (Semana Santa). The street gets very crowded and access can be difficult because of the religious processions organized in the area.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for exploring the area. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped, including a washing machine, which is very useful for longer stays. The large terrace is also a nice feature and has a lot of potential.

The air conditioning is quite loud, and since it is centrally controlled, it cools the bedroom too much while barely affecting the living room, which makes it difficult to get a comfortable temperature. The en suite bathroom can also be inconvenient when staying with more than two people. There is no reception on site, so you need to call in advance to arrange arrival. The street is busy, and there is no proper place to wait comfortably for the person bringing the keys. Additionally, the terrace furniture was dusty, and there were no sun loungers on the upper terrace, despite what is shown in the photos.

Easy walking to all the main sites, the river, restaurants etc. Manager Marco was helpful.

Small and pretty basic. Would be much better in the summer when the terrace can be used. Photos cleverly shot to make spaces seem bigger and are out of date - different sofa, TV, no rug etc. Noisy street at night time.
