Balcones de Arfe - Sevilla Centro

Location was great. Plenty of space for 5 people. Kitchen was well equipped. Great to have 2 bathrooms.

Kettle lid did not close, needs replacing. Duvet was missing in one room. No tea towels in kitchen. There were a few cockroaches which was not pleasant at all.

Excellent location and a very nice apartment. It a very good size and fairly spacious.

Check in process was an issue. We couldn't get in at 1.30am. The host gives check in details including lockbox code and front door code which says enter 1. But they actually manually let you in and don't provide a code. They also don't tell you this. There is a code for entering the apartment block but they don't want to provide this. Other people staying in this building had this code. We were left with 2 children stuck outside in the early hours unable to get inside. Our flight was delayed for 2 hours. When we arrived we could not get in touch with the host to let us in. We only managed to get into the apartment because we used the door buzzer to wake a neighbour, who very fortunately was English speaking and buzzed us into the main building where we could get access. If we had known this, I would have contacted the host once we landed to explain we were delayed and they may have been able to help but obviously you wouldn't know this because they provide check in information. It just doesn't open the front door. The host should have explained that they would need to manually let us in the front door because they don't want to give customers the access code for the building. I also contacted them the day before our arrival asking them to clarify the vague check in instructions. They replied with a single digit front door code and a lock box code. Which was actually useless unless you are inside the building.

Posizione perfetta per muoversi in centro . Ottimi i serramenti che isolavano benissimo la vita notturna caotica. Tantissima biancheria a disposizione . Disponibilità immediata da parte del gestore.

Un po’ scomodo la doccia separata dal water in uno dei bagni.

Handy to all the sights
