Location, space, comfortable

The apartment was a lovely find It was clean tidy and in the heart of everything we wanted to do It was easy to get into with clear instructions If I ever come again I would look at the apartment options before I consider a hotel There was everything that one would need in an apartment catered for with and espresso maker too!! All in all it was fantastic

Just the entrance to the property could be really busy on a night when you are trying to get in, but that is a very minor point and did not take away from our holiday

Loved the location. Apartment is of good size. The windows shut completely against sound and light. Water bottles provided in the fridge were a nice touch.

Check in was cumbersome due to the way the message with the codes for the apartment being sent. It would be best in a booking email or whatsapp, but it's minor. Bathroom was not cleaned properly– hair clumps on the shower drain. Gross. Bed was clean but not very comfortable(( ok to crash for a few hours I guess, not ok to rest. Worst part– there is a funky musty smell that comes and goes. Throughout the night it was very strong, but there is no way to get rid of it. Unsure if it is because of A/c or plumbing...was bearable for the 6 hours I had to crash there for, but I would hate to deal with it for another night.

Reasonable sized apartment to stay and close to main shops and cathedral although this is a drawback too.

Incredibly noisy at night - buskers and restaurants making extreme noise til after midnight every night. No elevator to take luggage up the stairs. Really awful sewerage smell near the kitchen/washing machine. Leaking bugspray can under the sink. Bed in the main bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable - could feel every spring in the mattress.
