CSE La Casa del Pintor Apartments

This is a beautiful little apartment right in the historic centre of Seville, close to all the attractions, restaurants and amenities. We arrived by train and walked to the apartment in 30 minutes, but you could easily pick up a taxi at the station if needed. The host had sent comprehensive instructions on getting into the apartment, which were easy to follow and worked! There is a double ensuite room and a single room with comfy beds and a separate bathroom. The host had made up the sofa bed as well, but as there were only 2 of us we didn't need it, and they quickly dismantled it on request. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The host supplied tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing pods and shower gel. The showers are powerful and hot. Our apartment was up a flight of stairs and there is no lift, so might not suit those with mobility issues, but there are ground floor apartments available. We really enjoyed our stay in Seville and would definitely book this apartment again.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the apartment. I would suggest that tea and coffee is replenished as only a couple of coffee pods and tea bags were left and we used them on the first night.

It was refurbished and very modern.

Unresponsive host on WhatsApp and AC not turning on as both were in a sleep mode that I wasn't able to deactivate so we never made use of AC despite writing several times to the host. Update: host acknowledged it.

Location was amazing and the apartment looked pretty

The private pool we had in our apartment was a bit dirty. AC didn't work very well. It would have been nice to find some water when arriving in the apartment
