Nice place in quiet area

The entrance and hallways were dark

Great location. Walkable to every major sights in Sevilla. Nearby all the nice restaurants and there is a Carrefour Express closeby. Great support provided by staff to help to reserve a parking in the market parking 5 mins walk away. Comfy rooms.

Only thing was there was only 1 bathroom which we already knew during booking. It uses a tank heater which has limited supply of hot water for 20mins while requiring time to heat up the water again for the next round of use.

The apartment has all you need!

There is nowhere to leave your staf. The place is for 4 people so it lacks in hooks (for wet towels etc) in the bathroom and in the rooms. The wardrobe in the 2nd room was full of things so we couldn't use it (baby chair and bedding).

When we rent from Genteel Home you will get the best treatment from the staff, they are so professional, answering your message any time , you will literally get 24/7 support , they are amazing and so kind and solving the problem in no time 👍👍. I had some bad smell issue with my first apartment, and they were so professional by sending the the maintenance in no time, however when the issue needed more time to work on, they moved us to another amazing nice and clean apartment in better location. Thank you Genteel Home and special thanks to Miss Sara, this the best and professional staff I ever deal with. Thank you Genteel Home for making my Sevilla trip so nice.
