La casa es muy acogedora, y con buena localización del centro, muy limpia y ordenada. Paredes recién pintadas, mobiliario nuevo y cómodo. Tanto la terraza como el solarium que tiene en la segunda planta son una pasada, hemos estado de lujo, mejor en Sevilla imposible. Y el garaje, muy amplio.Un lujo poder tener en Sevilla. Os lo recomendamos 100%. Y la encargada, María, muy atenta y familiar, muchas gracias por todo María.
Los pocos días que pudimos estar, que nosotros nos hubiéramos quedado un mes entero o más.

De centrale ligging is fantastisch. De garage voor onze huurauto was top! Het is een ruim appartement. De keuken is klein, maar voor ons was er alles wat we nodig hadden. De derde slaapkamer is er één die apart van het appartement op het dakterras gesitueerd is. Je moet dan ook over het dakterras naar de wc vanuit deze slaapkamer. De slaapkamer op het dak was het erg warm, de airco hield ons redelijk koel. We raden dit appartement zeker aan! Wij komen vast nog een keer terug!
De waterdruk viel nogal eens weg.

La posizione è perfetta. A piedi , in 5 minuti si raggiungono tutte le cose di maggior interesse.
Il bagno è da ristrutturare… servirebbe un po di manutenzione in generale.

La ubicación y el aparcamiento privado
Recomendaría una renovación de mobiliario y una mayor atención a la limpieza. Considero que las fotografías no son completamente representativas con la situación actual. Poca presión de agua en las duchas.
