We loved the outside space and the location.
The air conditioning unit was dripping on the wardrobe so we had to use the bin to catch the water.

Location, the in-room facilities.
Not straightforward to find without the hint in the name - incomplete address here and the location is shown a bit offset on the map -, the room was not ready, bathroom issues with draining water, entering and key takeover method different than stated + impolite interaction (but you'll find that's more a wide local specific, maybe a cultural thing)
