La situación las vistas y la habitación. Anfitriones muy amables.

No tiene ascensor, para gente con problemas fisicos no es recomendable. Solo 2 rollos empezados y uno entero de papel de wc para 3 personas 4 días completos. Solo hay una cucharilla en la vajilla (esto entiendo que la gente se las habrá ido tirando o llevándoselas) y la escobilla del WC ya no tiene ni pelos y está oxidada. Por lo demás todo bastante cómodo

Ubicación

It was a perfect location! Beautiful views is the river and Seville and easy walking access to everything! The host was very responsive with everything we needed.

Slight smell from the bathroom although i hear this may be common along the river.

The view was exceptional, and the location is fantastic. The property is in an older house, but the apartment has been renovated nicely and offers a good stay.

The apartment is on the third floor and, as expected in a historic building, there is no elevator, so carrying a large suitcase can be challenging. The property could benefit from better management. There was no internet during my entire stay, and despite multiple attempts to get assistance, the property manager suggested that I contact the internet provider myself. The apartment also needs a bit of care and attention. A few basic instructions in English would be helpful for international guests, and some of the kitchen cookware should be replaced. The pots and pans were as old as the house itself, and not something I felt comfortable using, even to boil eggs. I also had to follow up regarding both check-in and check-out arrangements, as the property manager seemed quite occupied. The location and character of the place are great, but overall the guest experience could be improved with more attentive management and a few practical updates.
