Amplitud del apartamento, la situación, cerca del centro y tranquilidad del barrio. Aunque a mi entender se pueden mejorar cosas es una buena opcion.
La calefacción del salón funcionaba pero en la cocina y dormitorio no o yo no fui capaz de hacerla funcionar. El menaje era un poco justo (ejemplo sólo 2 tazas). El papel higiénico al lado de la escobilla me parece muy poco higienico.

Location. Some facilities were good. Comfortable bed.
Some facilities were poor and mean the flat fails to deserve a rating better than 'fair' ( faulty window shutters, antique toaster, sparse kitchen items, no sink plugs, etc. )
