I was on a trip with my teen. We loved the style of the apartment, the fact that we each had our bathroom and the location. You are in the heart of Triana, loads of restaurants and cafes, and 12min walk from everything ! It was quiet, there is even an inside courtyard with plants. The entrance has a live wall. Loved it!!

The bathrooms could be better cleaned, especially around the sliding door mechanism - that’s always a turn off for me. But the rest of the place was spotless.

I’m taking only the most positive impressions from this accommodation. The apartment is located in the Triana neighborhood, in a beautiful building. It is new, clean, and modernly furnished. The apartment is fully equipped with all the small essentials needed for a comfortable stay. In the surrounding area and very close by, there are several grocery stores as well as bars and places to eat. The old town can be reached in about a 10-minute walk, and more distant parts of the city are easily accessible by metro, which is around 300 meters away. Communication with the staff was handled via WhatsApp and was flawless. They responded to messages immediately. Check-in is simple, as you receive a message with the access codes for both the building entrance and the apartment. In addition, the apartment has excellent air conditioning and reliable WiFi.

Location was perfect, close to the centre but without the noice typical of the centre. The flat was spot clean, the pictures perfectly reflect the flat conditions. The rooms were comfy and so were the beds.

Excellent location. Great places to eat nearby. There was a really good churros place around the corner. Also we didn't realize it had a balcony until we arrived. It actually has a balcony and an inside courtyard.

There's a really strong sewer smell that comes from the bathroom and permeates the apartment. It can be really bad. If the owner fixed that issue this apartment would be perfect.
