Host Carmen was very responsive and helpful. The location was also great - very central and safe but also quiet at night! The price for this location was one of the best I found. The couch and bed were both comfy for sleeping.
The facilities and room were older and more worn than the pictures would lead you to believe. It wasn't a problem - everything worked as they should but the building was clearly very old and a bit musty. In addition, there were lots of large cockroaches in the apartment complex and a few just on the the doorframe of my apartment - I didn't see any in the apartment itself but if you're a bit sensitive to large (4-5 cm) insects, you might want to stay somewhere else. I closed the windows immediately to keep them from getting in.
