San Vicente s Apartment

This appartment was in great condition.In fact it's one of the few that's just like the photos on booking.com.Although the foyer is old,the plants in the middle of it keep the whole building cool. You enter the building using a code which may not be to everyone's liking but is common and almost standard nowadays.The cleanliness was to a high standard. The location was also amazing.-You have Alameda de Hercules on one side (it's just a 7 minute walk) and the city centre on the other side ( just a 7 minute walk to get there also).You're close to the museum of Fine Arts which is helpful if you want sth to do on the day you arrive.The neighbourhood is upmarket and quiet.Theres also ANOTHER wonderful 10 minute stroll to a great restaurant Alimentari e Diversi if you go past that museum and through Calle Gravinia.Here you're also close to a taxi rank and Plaza,de Armas.

There was a little noise with the neighbours in other appartments in the building but you can get that anywhere!!

I love the central aircon, whole house was cool, because the summer in the city is really hot, the house was clean and fully functional.
