Lo mejor del piso es lo céntrico que está. Las habitaciones están bien, y los colchones son cómodos aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Y estaba todo limpio
La cocina era un poco pequeña

L'emplacement est super, proche de la gare de la Plaza de Armas, et proche du centre ville. L’appartement se situe dans une cour intérieure, nous sommes protégés des bruits de la rue.
Nous entendons les voisins, mais rien de bien grave.

La ubicación es perfecta está cerca de todo
Las calidades pésimas , es cierto que al final vienes a pasar unos días y pasas muchas cosas por alto … ..: cierto que estaba limpio pero hay muchas cosas de mantenimiento que deberían arreglar Enchufes que no estaban bien anclados a la pared , no hacían contacto Acabamos desenchufando la tele ya que esta no funcionaba y cuando lo hacía solo se veía un canal Mando de la tele tampoco iba Puertas en la cocina que no cierran Toalleros de baño con óxido Mampara rota Puerta del baño rota No se podía echar el pestillo Cafetera rota y un suma y sigue Es decir que no me ha parecido nada barato para como está el apartamento Volveré a Sevilla pero no me alojaré aquí
