About this apartment rental
Elegant and newly renovated apartment, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walk from the area (Cathedral, Giralda, City Hall, Alcazar, Guadalquivir River) and just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and entertainment venues , leisure and city services.
It has 3 bedrooms (the main one, with 200 x 200 cm bed and dressing room; the other 2, with both 90cm beds) and 3 full bathrooms (one incorporated into the master bedroom). In addition, in the living room there is a large sofa bed of 200x160 once opened.
In the spacious living room, you can enjoy several comfortable sofas and armchairs for your relaxation, as well as a large dining room with ample capacity for all lodged guests. Your kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The floors are marble and all finishes and qualities are of the highest quality.
On the -1 floor there is parking, for guests traveling by car, at no additional cost. The house has centralized hot / cold air conditioning.
Of course, free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available.
Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to stroll through its surroundings, especially in spring with the flowered orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma through its streets. Your rest is guaranteed because it is a quiet street without noise. At the same time, the whole area has countless bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.
To know and enjoy Holy Week there is no better place to stay, as all the brotherhoods run very close to the Epicentro Apartment. If you want to visit the April Fair, you can access it with a comfortable walk along the river or with a taxi / direct bus to the Fair.
Staying in the Epicentro Apartment, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the side of the Guadalquivir River, taste the cuisine of its tapas bars or drinks, as well as visit the Plaza de Toros, Torre del Oro or cross to the other side of the river, the well-known Triana neighborhood!

Javier was such a consummate host that I knew we were going to be very pleased with his accommodations before we even stayed there. We'd exchanged several messages in the weeks prior to our stay and Javier was so kind to arrange transfers for us, and a day trip to Granada with a very reputable local Chauffeur company. When we arrived at the apartment, Javier greeted us and took the time to sit down with us to give us an overview of the area, local attractions, restaurants and of course a tour of his beautiful apartment. The accommodation can best be described as a home away from home. All needs were considered; the kitchen was so well equipped (even though we didn't use it that much) and having 3 bathrooms for our party of 5 was a huge bonus! The living room has beautiful doors that open to a quiet street lined with orange trees (that were in season when we stayed in Dec). The bedrooms/bathrooms are well appointed and there were extra towels available for use! We had one member of our party that was mobility challenged and there was a fast well-functioning elevator that they could use. The location is truly central, and everything was within a short easy walk of the apartment. There are a multitude of excellent Tapas bars and restaurants in the area making it convenient for dining out. I can't say enough good things about the apartment and the welcome we received from Javier, and the amazing care he took of our every need. We can't wait to return to Seville.

This could not have worked better for us, beginning with the thorough and loving introduction Javier gave us to his city. The apt is perfectly located, nearby coffee/pastry shop to start the day and grocery store for any needs & easy walks to sights. The apt has an easy, comfortable layout & is supplied with everything one could need. An extra benefit is a working washing machine with decipherable choices! (No drier but there are lots of racks & clothes dried overnight. Javier is a truly exceptional host, responsive by return text beforehand & incredibly helpful once we met him. If I were to return to Sevilla (which I probably won't since I am 83), we would definitely stay here & will recommend friends to do so.

Javier, was an amazing host. Upon our arrival he gave us a detailed orientation of the area including sites to visit, restaurant suggestions and other information. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Javier’s home to others planning a visit to Seville.
