8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location and efficiency of the self-check-in. The communication with the staff was also really fast and clear.
We had our concerns about the studio being ground floor and didn't expect it to be so low. We felt safe since all windows have barrs, but because of the position the apartment is hard to vent and humidity takes a toll on it. There were some moldy spots next to the bed and our towels never seemd to be completely dry.

It seemed the shower and sink was linked somehow and sometimes bubbled up

Great location in the old part of town, close to the attractions. Professionally clean. The access to the apartment was very conveniently managed.
Bed mattres was sunken and also the sofa bed was sunken in the middle. Couldn't get any good sleep.

Clean, location and easy to find and check-in
We had an issue with the shower drain, we got the help with reasonable time (thanks for the staff Matheo). But it took some time for our only day in Seville.
