Location was great for walking to many of the sights in Seville. The apartment was spacious and the 2 bathrooms made it easy for the group to get ready to go. The washer/ dryer was useful and the host left laundry detergent pods and dishwasher tablets.

In the morning it can be noisy but that is because the apartment is located in the city. The stairs to the loft are steep but the youngest member of our party could manage them.

Feedback is slow, even though they write that help is available 24 hours a day, and they are slow to respond during working hours.The wifi password and name provided in the website address are wrong

If you arriving into Seville by bus, this place is literally 5mins walk from the bus station. Staff is responsive and try to address any issue as best as they can (though there is no in-person attendant at the facility, you can reach them by WhatsApp or through the booking messaging). Overall, a decent and comfortable place to stay.

- One of the fresh towels had a ball of hair on it. When we brought it to their notice, they were quick to replace it. - This place has no luggage storage facility. Given that they also didn’t seem flexible on offering late check out even by an hour or so, luggage storage can pose bit of a challenge. There are number of temporary luggage storage facilities in the city but it does add complexity and cost to your plans. - The stairs which lead to bed in the loft area are very narrow - I would almost consider them not very safe. It is about a kilometre, 10 to 15 minutes walk, from the center of the old town. It is not too inconvenient, if you are okay with walking. But if you like to come back during the middle of the day for a short break to freshen up, you must keep that in mind. And you would have to weigh it against the cost of other facilities which are more centrally located.
