The location was excellent apartment was very clean a bit dated in the bathrooms but very clean

The light was the only access to the top floor and only takes three people at a time I definitely wouldn’t chance anymore

a lot of space modern and clean it even had coffee capsules for the morning ! it has two toilets.It is also close to las setas

The position is the only real positive thing of this accommodation. However, I honestly think that it’s possible to find better solutions at the same price.

We previously stayed in another accommodation managed by the same group and the experience was perfect. However, the Ninesuite didn’t satisfy our expectations. The apartment is pretty old and there are a couple of things that should have been fixed before the guests arrival. For example, one of the two sinks was broken and our studio was the only one without the pillows on the terrace chairs. Furthermore, the clothes rack was dirty and the cleaning service forgot to leave the clothes pegs. It seems a secondary matter, but the possibility to wash our clothes had been one of the reasons why we chose this accommodation. We contacted the property (and even the Booking Customer Service: no reply), but they only replied us the following day, offering to send the maintenance team in the property to fix all these issues, but it was a bit to late for our needs. Honestly, I don’t like inaccuracy and shabbiness, so I would not recommend this property.
