Disponer de AC en ambas habitaciones y uno potente en la cocina comedor fue realmente importante en los días de calor que tuvimos. También disponer de dos baños resultó útil. Edificio y calle tranquilos. Ubicación muy buena
En la ducha del baño de la habitación no saltaba el calentador por baja presión o caudal de agua. Descubrimos que si abríamos el grifo del lavabo y lo dejábamos abierto sí que saltaba, pero el caudal era muy bajo. Hay que tener en cuenta que es una tercera planta sin ascensor.

Great location in a quiet Triana back street but also very close to the action. Comfortable lounge and kitchen. Good sized en-suite in the double bedroom. Sufficient cooking utensils to make dinner etc. with a six seater table (that could fit a couple more). WiFi and tv works well (although the soundbar doesn’t!).
Showers aren’t very powerful but they are hot. Bear in mind the property is on the third floor of a block with steep steps and no lift. Not a problem for us thankfully.
