About this house rental

Town-house with private terrace and outstanding views over the Guadalquivir River. It is located on picturesque calle Betis in the Triana neighbourhood. Views from the house include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza bullring, the Torre del Oro and the Cathedral tower - La Giralda.

The house of 190 square metres is distributed over three levels. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while remaining respectful of the original architecture, the interiors combine modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship: carved wooden doors, wrought ironwork, exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work.

Ground floor: spacious open-plan living room with plenty of seating and a dining space. Through a large window you can enjoy river views while having your meal. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances. These include oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

First floor: bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has two beds (one bed is on a raised wooden platform). Both rooms have balconies looking out onto the Guadalquivir River.

There is also a separate bathroom with a shower on the same floor.

Second floor: independent open-plan suite - which includes a living area and in a recess, twin beds and a wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom with a shower. The suite has its own separate entrance from the ground floor.

To one side of the terrace, there is a fully equipped galley kitchen - useful for preparing a meal for eating outside.

The lower terrace has garden furniture with seating and a canopy - perfect for enjoying an unrivalled view of the Guadalquivir River. On the upper terrace there is a traditional table football game and 4 deck chairs - making it an ideal spot for sunbathing.

The house also has wi-fi internet access, air-conditioning and 2 fireplaces. There is a TV on bedrooms 1 and 3 (though not in the living area on the ground floor).

The apartment is lovely with the old world charm of Spain. The first two floors are well decorated and cozy. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floors are some of the best in the city. The bathrooms are nice and the showers are great. The location is perfect! It is close to everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.There were a few things that you may want to know when you go. We stayed here for over 2 weeks. The check in process was great and the Veo apartment rep, Jaoa was very friendly. After settling in we realized that we had no toilet paper, the apartment could be cleaner and that we were allowed one towel per person for the week. There are 2 washers and a dryer in the apartment, so I did wash towels every other day, but that was not something I expected so I hope this helps someone else. Also after receiving 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and being told we needed to ask for housecleaning after a week, we were told we would have to purchase more toilet paper. It is not a big deal, but was listed as an amenity and it didn’t seem like too much to ask since e we were staying more than two weeks. The veo team is always friendly and responded quickly. However, as a person with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I was surprised by these two things. Everything about the apartment made it worthwhile and we had a great trips. I would go back again tomorrow if I could. I would encourage anyone to stay in this lively place.

We loved our Vrbo rental in Sevilla! It was exactly the kind of home we wanted to rent, rustic, roomy, filled with character, and with a terrace overlooking the river. Ismael was extremely accommodating, giving us recommendations for sites in the city. We took the bedroom on the highest level to sleep in, as there was a lot of city life happening at all hours, and that was the ticket! If you sleep on the second level, I imagine there will be a certain amount of night noise, but that is to be expected. It's Spain, after all! Sevilla is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend this house!

Great location, easy access to all the sights and many restaurants, bars, churches, markets. River is right out the front door. Beautiful old apartment, many stairs, slight dark. Bull fighting arena is directly across the river.

Our family of five adults stayed at this property for eight days, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. During our stay, there was no proactive communication from the property managers to check how we were finding the place or to ask if we needed assistance. On the day of our departure, I had to reach out to inquire about where to leave the keys—something that could have been communicated earlier.I noticed only two small rolls of toilet paper per bathroom were provided, which was clearly insufficient for five adults over eight days. I raised this concern with the person who handed us the keys, but his response was dismissive, suggesting we could buy more --it wasn’t expensive. This left a poor first impression, as basic supplies like toilet paper should be adequately provided.Additionally, there were no paper towels for the kitchen, and the number of cups provided was insufficient for five people. We also encountered multiple issues with the appliances. The dryer was not working properly, and the property managers were aware upon our arrival that the dishwasher was not functional but failed to address it proactively while we were there. Other issues added to our dissatisfaction. The mattress was overdue for replacement and did not provide comfortable sleep. The moka coffee maker, which we had hoped to use, was not functioning. Overall, the property gave the impression of needing more attention to cleanliness, maintenance.
