Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro, appartamento ristrutturato da poco, pulito e curato nei dettagli (bellissima la valigia porta tv nel salottino). Nonostante sia disposto su più piani è comodissimo grazie all'ascensore. Il punto forte in assoluto è la vista dal terrazzo: spettacolare!!! Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei volentieri!!!
Nessuna nota negativa, assolutamente tutto perfetto.

La posizione e il rooftop
Tantissime manutenzioni da fare il bagno del secondo piano vicino alle scale è messo molto male odore di fogna e scarico del lavandino che perde

L'emplacement incroyable, la sympathie des messages du gestionnaire, le nombre de pièces et la possibilité d'être en terrasse avec vue sur la Giralda.
Odeurs d'égout très dérangeantes à tous les étages. Ménage très superficiel. Manque d'équipements de base pour la cuisine et les salles de bain. Certaines lattes de la terrasse du 3e étage se soulevaient, créant un risque d'entorse et de chute, Mobilier du rooftop franchement en mauvais état. Le wifi ne marchait pas. Dommage car l'endroit pourrait être un bijou !
