Calma Places - Almirante Hoyos

The Location was brilliant for central Seville. We were just minutes away from the cathedral which was a perfect spot at night to sit and enjoy. The Place was clean and tidy, only downside was the iron didn't work but to me that is minor.

The video I got sent for location was for a different apartment, but it was very easy to figure out where our one was so did not impact us in anyway.

Very central for the old part of the city. Apartment was very well appointed and comfortable

Noise of the front door buzzing, especially at 04.00 am

Really comfy and spacios apartment, bed very comfy and big, also very comfy and spacious bathroom.

The entrance doors are a little tricky, especially with a baby stroller and you should also pay attention to close them proprerly. Also there are 2 apartments close to each other and you can hear when other guest are entering/going out, can get quite loud.

Location was excellent. Apartment was spacious and well equipted

Room was dirty from check-in. Superficially cleaned. Floors were filthy, my daughter went for a shower walked on the floors and her feet were black from the floor. We stayed in Apt 3A, there was a constant smell of sewage, not strong, but bad enough to be uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep . Cob webs and hanging from the ceiling over the bed. 100% need to change the cleaners, and resolve the sewage problem. Main door is exceptionally heavy, with limited space between the two doors, ts a struggle if you have a pram.
