Singular Virgenes

The location was very convenient, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a short walk from the city attractions. The host was very friednly and helpful, and let us check in early. The property was very spacious and had all the needed facilities.

Communication with hosts was very easy. I had a few questions before the stay and replies were always quick and helpful. The location is great. Very central - only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Located very close to Alfalfa Square which is very bustling and has which has lots of bars, places to eat, a good supermarket and a taxi rank. Although it is centrally located the apartment is situated on a quiet street. The apartment also has a comfortable, dining and sitting area. It also has a functional kitchen so we were able to eat in the apartment when we wanted. We thought it was excellent value for such a well situated apartment.

Nothing I can think of considering the cost.

The apartment was in a great central location. Just a short walk to the centre.

The bathroom was located off the main bedroom so not an ideal arrangement.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location is very good, with just a short, easy walk to the cathedral and Royal Alcazar, bars and restaurants.

Generally, the apartment looks tired and needs maintenance. There were a number of broken or damaged items, including the upstairs toilet seat, the downstairs shower head, a cupboard hinge, and a sun lounger. I was disappointed with the poor communication from the owners. 2 days prior to arrival, I asked for confirmation that they had received our checking in information, as they repeatedly tell you that you won't receive access to the apartment if they haven't. It was not until after we had landed at Seville airport that they replied, and as this wasn't until Sunday early evening, this caused unnecessary anxiety!
