The communication with the staff prior to check-in was exceptional. We requested a luggage drop 5 hours before check-in and Arturo went above and beyond, he met us at the accommodation, gave us a tour of the facility, allowed us to drop our bags and organised an early check-in for us. The apartment was situated in the heart of Sevilla perfect for walking anywhere. The apartment itself was super clean, comfortable and had everything you’d want from a 5 star stay including a decent coffee pod machine down to a washing machine. Thanks again, highly recommend this spot. The best we’ve had in Andalusia over the past month.

La ubicación estaba muy cerca de todo, pero a la vez lo suficientemente lejos del ruido del centro.

Que no hubiese ascensor, pero por poner una objeción, porque tampoco era un problema.

Location

The size of the property is quite different compared with the picture. The toilet is small and less maintenance. Much hairs in the apartment and kitchen facilities also dirty. If you need washing machines be aware that the washing machines is located on the top floor which is very difficult to climb there. Also difficult to manage if you carry heavy luggage and travels with elderly as the apartments is located 2nd floor with no lift. Finally, the luggage drop off service is only available until 2pm and subject to the availability.
