Situated in the beautiful hills on family farm land. The house was amazing and so comfortable and equipped with everything you could have asked for. The hot tub was very well looked after and clean .

Absolutely nothing

The house is in a beautiful location and suited exactly what we were looking for. The main livingroom/kitchen open plan area is a really nice space to chill in as a larger group. It's a really quiet and serene spot. There was a mix up with bed configuration as Booking.com listed one of the rooms as having two single beds but host didn't seem to know this and the bedroom was made up as a double. Host recified this for us though after showing the Booking.com configuration.

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things we thought could have made it even better. Cleanliness wasn't of the standard we're used to in holiday lets - the windows inside needed cleaned, there was (possibly pet) hair on the floor in bathrooms and under the duvet in one room, hair in the shower, glasses in the cupboard weren't all clean, cutlery inserts in drawer needed wiped out etc. It felt very lived in. There's also only one towel per person which was tricky with the hot tub as you'd come out soaking and want to dry off then need a shower for the chlorine but your towel was soaked through. Bring extra towels! We understand with the hot tub that chemicals need checked so we did see the host on the 2nd morning of our stay which was fine as it was very early in the morning. On our check out day though the hosts came on two separate visits from around 8am to drain the hot tub. This felt intrusive as checkout wasn't until 10am.
